Dear friends, colleagues and clients,

Beginning Sunday 3/22 at 8 PM, NY Governor Cuomo has mandated all non-essential workers stay home. Social distancing should be practiced by individuals in public and businesses.  In response to the COVID-19 infections, we’ve implemented our business continuity plan — which examines all areas of business operations at every IMI office and client site — and have taken actions to ensure continued service to our clients.

We want you to know that you have our commitment to continue providing you with the services upon which you depend from IMI. IMI’s strategy has always supported the health and safety of our staff and associates. With the edicts from the New York State Health Department, and a number of federal health organizations including the WHO and CDC, we have made the decision to have all staff and associates in our various offices work remotely.

These precautionary measures have been taken to limit the potential spread of the virus, to support our staff in this challenging time and to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you, our customer, for the long term. We remain cautious and observant of our surroundings in order to quickly adapt our plan as things change.

We will all get through this.  We are Americans.  We have overcome great adversity before, and we will overcome this.  Be well and stay safe.
